Location : Remote

This is a contract to hire role post completion of 3 months.

Shift Time : Tentative will be 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST.

Exp : 8 - 10 yrs

Job Description :

- Responsible for the development of existing and new products or systems, using a variety of programming methods including C# .Net to meet specifications and functional requirements.

- Work with stakeholders on all aspects of the software development cycle (Requirements/Scope definition, Development, Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, Implementation and Support).

- Contribute to the architectural direction of the products and systems.

- Improve application performance and quality.

- Estimate development tasks and deliver projects on schedule.

- Develop auxiliary programs and services to connect applications.

- Responsible for technical documentation.

Experience :

- Ecommerce Platform with High Traffic.

- .Net (VB / C#) Development, MVC, Visual Studio, MS SQL Server Database, Triggers, Stored Procedures.

- Front End Development.

Nice to have :

- HTML, CSS, Javascript.

- API Integration, .Net Web Services (WCF, and ASMX).

Version Control :

- Github, BitBucket, TFS.

- Knowledge of optimized web server configurations (IIS) and scaling applications (AWS, Azure).

- Agile methodologies such as Scrum with focus on Continuous Integration and Deployment.

- Good understanding of data architecture concepts.

- Software documentation (Confluence).

- Project Management (Jira).

- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and strong problem solving skills.

- Knowledge on Azure services like Service Bus and App service.

- Strong experience with microservices architectures, including service decomposition, inter service communication, event driven patterns, and distributed systems design.

Plus :

- Experience with other scripting and programming languages (PHP, Java, C, Python, etc) a plus.

- Business Intelligence a plus (Power BI, Domo, Tableau), Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS).

Education :

- B.S in Computer Engineering or Equivalent work experience.

- Minimum 8 years of .Net experience.
