We are seeking a seasoned .NET Azure Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise-grade applications, serving as a technical anchor for complex cloud-native initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and key stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

By leveraging your deep expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and security of our digital products, ensuring they deliver seamless experiences to our global user base and drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build high-performance web applications using .NET Core to ensure optimal system responsiveness and scalability for our enterprise clients.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure, utilizing services like App Services, Azure Functions, and SQL Database to modernize our infrastructure and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of technical excellence within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, ensuring that software deliverables align with long-term business objectives and performance benchmarks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the stability of critical business applications for our end users.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate mastery in building distributed systems using .NET and .NET Core, with a proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

- Exhibit deep proficiency in Azure cloud architecture, including the deployment and management of microservices and serverless components in a production environment.

- Possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead collaborative problem-solving sessions.

- Maintain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering complex software projects within a 9 to 13-year career span.

- Show high adaptability to a hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, demonstrating the ability to manage tasks independently while remaining highly responsive to team needs and project deadlines.
