Role Overview :

As a .Net + Azure Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud-based solutions. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with product engineering teams, understanding business requirements, and translating them into robust, scalable, and secure architectures on the Azure platform. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business goals. Your expertise will directly impact the performance, reliability, and innovation of our products, ultimately enhancing the user experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud-based solutions on Azure, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the architectural design and development of microservices-based applications using .NET technologies, promoting modularity, reusability, and maintainability.

- Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines across development teams, ensuring consistency and quality in software delivery.

- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the development process, driving innovation and staying ahead of the curve.

- Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices.

- Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering their technical growth and development.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex, enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core, C#).

- Proven expertise in designing and deploying solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, including services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture principles and experience in building and deploying microservices-based applications.

- Strong knowledge of design patterns, architectural styles, and best practices for building scalable, resilient, and secure applications.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and requirements.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, or Indore, with potential for hybrid or on-site work arrangements.

The role requires someone who can work independently, engage with stakeholders and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.

- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Product engineering and solutioning.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Solution architecture

- 5+ years of enterprise .NET application development

- Ability to design AI-enabled solutions and AI agentbased systems using Azure AI services.

- Comprehensive understanding of security compliance in .Net architecture.

- Strong techno-functional skills to conduct and drive architectural meetings with stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of fundamental web technologies (HTML, advanced JS, MVC, Ajax concepts)

- Ability to lead architecture discussions with stakeholders

- Proactive risk identification and resolution mindset

- Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305 exam) Preferred
