Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate closely with US-based engineers and cross-functional product development partners.

- Own the architecture, design, and implementation of new features in a cross-platform C#/.NET library that powers hearing aid communication and configuration.

- Drive long-term evolution of the librarys API surface, compatibility, and performance.

- Write clear, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage.

- Develop performance-sensitive algorithms where correctness and efficiency are critical.

Required Qualifications :

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly express and understand complex technical concepts in a US-based engineering environment.

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience on software engineering teams developing shared, production-grade .NET class libraries or SDKs in C#.

- Proven ability to drive architectural decisions by leading teams in evaluating complex technical tradeoffs.

- Proven people leadership experience, including interviewing, mentoring, and developing engineers toward greater ownership and impact.

- Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.

- Deep expertise in C# and modern .NET.

Preferred Experience :

- Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) client development on Windows and Linux, including building libraries that manage device connection and control over BLE using USB-attached radios and hardware APIs.

- Embedded BLE firmware development for central and peripheral devices, including connection management, GATT implementation, and protocol-level communication.

- Performance-sensitive systems in resource-constrained environments.
