Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python, pytest, BDD/Gherkin, UI automation, and API automation.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing hybrid automation frameworks.

- Develop reusable and scalable automation components and proactively improve framework capabilities.

- Automate, integrate, and debug applications/interfaces using native Windows COM (Component Object Model) technologies.

- Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability from functional requirements to automated test cases.

- Ensure adequate automation coverage, traceability, and auditability.

- Develop custom automation reports and dashboards within the framework, including meaningful quality metrics, execution trends, and coverage insights.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Automation Development : Hands-on experience with Python, pytest, BDD/Gherkin, UI automation frameworks, and API test automation.

- Framework Ownership : Proven experience maintaining Hybrid Frameworks, troubleshooting, and enhancing existing automation frameworks.

- Native Windows COM Expertise : Well-versed in native Windows COM technologies, with experience automating, integrating, and debugging COM-based applications.

- Quality Governance : Ability to maintain end-to-end traceability from functional requirements to automated test cases.

- Reporting & Metrics : Experienced in creating customized automation reports and dashboards integrated in Automation Framework.

- Code Quality : Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to deliver reliable automation solutions.
