Senior JavaScript Engineer (A/B Testing)

Were looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer with deep experience in vanilla JS and A/B testing platforms like VWO or Optimizely. Youll work closely with our marketing, product, and analytics teams to design and deploy high-impact experiments that improve performance and conversion.

Location : Remote (Time zone- CST)

Experience : 5+ Yrs

Key Skills Were Looking For :

- Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+), especially in DOM manipulation without relying on frameworks

- Experience with VWO, Optimizely, or similar A/B testing tools

- Ability to write, inject, and debug dynamic front-end scripts

- Strong grasp of event delegation, asynchronous operations (AJAX, fetch), and browser rendering

- Proficiency with browser dev tools and debugging scripts

- Deep understanding of CSS selectors, cross-browser compatibility, and browser quirks

What Youll Do :

- Write and maintain JavaScript snippets to modify website behaviour through VWO

- Debug and fine-tune scripts to avoid conflicts and ensure performance

- Collaborate with marketing/analytics to implement and monitor A/B tests

- Ensure seamless rollouts and effective rollback mechanisms for all experiments

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with Tag Managers (GTM, Tealium)

- Understanding of UX principles and testing methodologies

- Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques
