Product Builder - AI-Native Broking
Location : Bengaluru / Goa/ Mumbai
Experience : 5-10 years
About the Role :
Building a decision partner, not a trading tool
We are building an AI-native broking platform where the core experience is a conversational trading system designed to feel like a decision partner, not a tool.
We are looking for a Product Builder who enjoys thinking deeply about :
- what information a trader should see,
- what should be hidden, and
- when the system should act or stay silent.
This role is for someone who likes building intelligent workflows and clean, calm user journeys.
What You Will Do :
- Own how the system behaves - not just build the screens
- Own the behaviour of the trading system across discovery, decision, execution, and review
- Design AI-driven workflows where the product reasons, adapts, and sometimes choose not to respond
- Turn real trader behaviour into product logic, not dashboards
- Decide what not to build and defend those decisions
- Think deeply about edge cases, failure modes, and user harm
- Launch features, observe real usage, and personally own outcomes after release
- Make hard trade-offs to keep the product fast, clear, and calm
What We Are Looking For :
- Builder mindset first. Titles and degrees second.
- 5+ years building products that are used frequently and under pressure
- Strong interest in markets and an intuitive understanding of human behaviour
- Strong systems thinking - you reason about flows, states, and consequences
- Comfort making high-impact decisions with incomplete information
- Willingness to question assumptions, including widely accepted ones
Good to Have :
- Experience with trading, broking, market data, or financial decision systems
- Built products using AI / LLMs / probabilistic systems
- Engineering or data background
- Experience designing products where speed and correctness both matter
What We Value :
- Judgment, restraint, and ownership
- Removing features instead of adding more
- Asking "what happens when this fails?" early
- You care deeply about what ships and how it behaves in the wild
Why This Role Matters :
- Because information overload breaks decision-making
- In trading, too many distractions create bad decisions.
- Your work will help traders feel focused, confident, and in control even in volatile markets.
- That responsibility sits at the centre of our product.
One Question We Ask Every Candidate :
"Tell us about a product decision where deciding what not to show mattered more than adding a feature."
Did you find something suspicious?
