About the Role:

We are hiring AI Engineers to build agentic, decision-driven AI systems that power Neo's conversational interfaces, assistants, and execution workflows.

This is not a chatbot or prompt-engineering role.

You will work on AI systems that interpret intent, orchestrate tools, enforce guardrails, and fail safely in a regulated financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build agent-based AI workflows

- Implement hybrid systems combining Classical ML +Generative AI

- Design tool-calling, validation, and fallback mechanisms

- Integrate AI with OMS, portfolios, reporting, and alerts

- Ensure AI behavior is explainable, auditable, and compliant

- Own system behavior during failures and ambiguity

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience building production AI / ML systems

- Backend engineering fundamentals (Python / APIs / services)

- Experience deploying models or AI services behind Flask or Fast APIs

- Understanding of evaluation beyond accuracy (precision, latency, cost)

- Comfortable debugging failures in live environments

Good to Have:

- Financial or time-series data exposure

- Experience with risk, alerts, or decision systems

- Event-driven or real-time systems experience
