- The Senior Software Developer WPF is responsible for designing, developing, and leading technical aspects of Allplans desktop software in C#.

- Acting as the technical lead for WPF and C#, this role involves building complex features, guiding junior developers, and ensuring delivery of robust, high-quality solutions in a cross-functional team environment.

- Design, develop, test, and maintain C#/WPF solutions that align with product requirements.

- Lead complex feature development, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices via reviews and unit testing.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.

- Collaborate with product management, QA, and design to define requirements and solutions.

- Participate in architecture and design discussions, driving improvements to tools and processes.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis to resolve customer and QA issues.
