We are currently looking to recruit Senior Software Developer UI Qt to be based at Nemetschek India, Bangalore.

- The Senior Software Developer UI Qt leads the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for Allplans desktop applications using C++/Qt.

- This role is responsible for translating UI/UX concepts into functional and elegant interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring the delivery of seamless user experiences across platforms.

- Architect, design, and develop sophisticated C++/Qt user interface components, ensuring consistency and usability throughout the application.

- Translate design prototypes and user experience concepts into robust and pixel-perfect UI implementations.

- Lead technical discussions on UI architecture and workflows; drive improvements to UI frameworks, tools, and processes.

- Mentor and guide junior UI developers, setting standards in UI design, code quality, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product management, and QA to define interface requirements and deliver intuitive solutions.

- Debug and resolve UI-related issues, optimize performance, and maintain high standards for accessibility

and visual quality.

- Significant experience in UI development using C++/Qt with a strong portfolio of desktop UI projects.

- Advanced understanding of UI design principles, modern user experience practices, and cross-platform UI paradigms.

- Proven expertise in translating design mockups into high-quality, maintainable UI code.

- Demonstrated ability in architectural planning, complex UI problem-solving, and technical leadership.

- Experience mentoring teams and leading complex UI feature rollouts in agile environments.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills with proficiency in English.
