Job Description :

We are seeking a visionary Technical Director to lead enterprise architecture, AI-driven digital transformation, and strategic technology initiatives for global clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing large-scale distributed systems, leading engineering organizations, driving solution architecture, and supporting business growth through technical consulting and pre-sales engagement.

This leadership role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide strategic technical leadership for large-scale enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

- Define solution architectures for cloud-native, distributed, and AI-powered enterprise applications.

- Lead the design and development of scalable solutions using technologies such as Node.js, Python, microservices, APIs, and modern cloud platforms.

- Drive AI adoption by designing enterprise solutions leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, and intelligent automation where appropriate.

- Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

- Lead architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and solution governance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

- Support business development through pre-sales activities including solution design, technical proposals, client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, demonstrations, and effort estimation.

- Provide technical leadership across multiple programs, ensuring timely delivery, quality, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Mentor architects, engineering managers, and senior technical teams while fostering innovation and engineering best practices.

- Drive technology roadmaps, modernization initiatives, cloud adoption strategies, and continuous improvement.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create business value.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 17 to 27 years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting, or Product Engineering.

- Proven experience leading enterprise architecture and large-scale digital transformation programs.

- Strong expertise in :

1. Enterprise Architecture

2. Distributed Systems

3. Microservices Architecture

4. API Design

5. Cloud-native Application Development

- Hands-on experience with Node.js and Python.

- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI solution architecture.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Proven experience in solution consulting, client engagement, and technical pre-sales.

- Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing multiple enterprise engagements and cross-functional technical teams.
