We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect with strong expertise in designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, application architecture, distributed systems, and data-intensive applications, along with the ability to provide technical leadership and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the technical architecture for enterprise-scale applications.

- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using C# and .NET Core.

- Architect and implement RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven applications.

- Design robust data processing pipelines and optimize SQL Server databases for performance and scalability.

- Evaluate and recommend architecture patterns, frameworks, and technology stacks.

- Implement messaging and integration solutions using RabbitMQ and Kafka.

- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and establish engineering best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive performance optimization.

- Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- 8-12 years of experience in software development and solution architecture.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

- Extensive experience with Application Architecture, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.

- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, query optimization, and database performance tuning.

- Experience building RESTful APIs and enterprise integration solutions.

- Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

- Knowledge of WinForms, React, and ASP.NET Web APIs.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Microservices Architecture and cloud-native application development.

- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms.

- Experience with Data Lakes, distributed data processing, and analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience leading architecture initiatives in Agile environments.
