Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and specialist Technical Consultant with 8 to 12 years of overall experience, and a strong focus on the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), particularly within Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).

This role requires a minimum of 7+ years as a Technical Consultant or Lead Developer in OUAF for ORMB, with at least 2 years of direct experience in the technical delivery of ORMB projects. The consultant will leverage strong techno-functional expertise to design, implement, and support complex billing and revenue solutions for our Multinational Corporation (MNC) client.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical OUAF/ORMB Delivery :

- Serve as a key Technical Consultant / Lead Developer for projects utilizing the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) for ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing) solutions.

- Drive the technical delivery of ORMB implementations, custom development, and enhancement projects for the client.

- Apply strong Techno-functional knowledge across various OU (Oracle Utilities) components, with a specific focus on ORMB technical architecture and business processes.

Architecture and Development :

- Design and develop technical solutions, customizations, and integrations leveraging OUAF tools (e.g., Configuration Tools, Extendable Lookup, Business Services, Algorithms, Business Objects).

- Perform advanced configuration and ensure that technical designs meet functional billing and revenue management requirements.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to ORMB functionality, performance, and data integrity.

Collaboration and Support :

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate complex billing logic into technical specifications.

- Provide expertise in code review, performance optimization, and testing procedures for all custom OUAF/ORMB components.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT consulting, with a focus on enterprise applications.

- OUAF Expertise (Mandatory) : Minimum 8+ Years of Experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

- ORMB Technical Focus (Mandatory) : Minimum 7+ years of experience as Technical Consultant / Lead Developer in OUAF for ORMB.

- Delivery Experience : Minimum 2+ Years of hands-on experience in the technical delivery of ORMB projects.

- Technical Skills : Strong technical and functional understanding of core ORMB components (e.g., Metering, Billing, Payments, Accounts, Pricing).

- Availability : Must have a Notice Period of Immediate to 30 days.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with ORMB integration with upstream (e.g., CRM) and downstream (e.g., General Ledger) systems.

- Proficiency in Java development relevant to OUAF/ORMB customization.

- Experience with performance tuning of OUAF applications and Oracle databases.

- Certification in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing or relevant OU products.
