Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with 13 to 15 years of overall experience, specializing in the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), particularly with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). This senior role requires a minimum of 7+ years as an Architect for the Oracle Utilities (OU) product suite and 4+ years experience architecting and delivering ORMB solutions. The candidate must possess deep techno-product expertise in ORMB and have successfully completed at least two full lifecycle ORMB implementations as a Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture and Design Leadership :

- Lead the solution architecture and design for complex ORMB implementations, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical standards.

- Apply strong functional understanding on ORMB to translate complex billing, revenue, and capital markets requirements into robust system blueprints.

- Drive the design of cross-functional solutions, leveraging a strong knowledge across OU components and the different framework components of ORMB.

Technical and Product Expertise :

- Possess and apply strong techno-product expertise on ORMB, demonstrating a thorough understanding of cross-functionalities and the underlying framework.

- Lead the technical governance and ensure the integrity of the design throughout the development and deployment phases.

- Apply a good understanding of capital markets concepts to tailor ORMB solutions for financial services applications.

Project Delivery and Governance :

- Lead the architecture and delivery for a minimum of two full lifecycle ORMB implementations as the primary Solution Architect.

- Provide strategic guidance and oversight for teams working on the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Qualifications

Experience: 13 to 15 years of overall experience in IT consulting, enterprise application architecture, or solution design.

OUAF Expertise (Mandatory): Minimum 12+ Years of Experience in Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Architecture Role (Mandatory): Minimum 7+ years of experience as an Architect for the OU product suite.

ORMB Architecture & Delivery (Mandatory): Minimum 4+ Years of experience in architecting and delivering ORMB solutions.

Implementation Track Record (Mandatory): Must have been the Solution Architect for at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of ORMB.

Domain Knowledge: Strong functional understanding of ORMB and a good understanding of capital markets.

Availability : Must have a Notice Period of Immediate to 30 days.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).

- Experience with cloud migration strategies for Oracle Utilities applications.

- Deep technical knowledge of integration patterns (SOA, REST, messaging) with ORMB.

- Familiarity with OUAF performance tuning, security models, and compliance requirements.
