Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Golang, Data Structures, System Design, and Microservices Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend systems, integrating multiple services, and ensuring high performance and reliability of applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang.

- Build scalable and reliable microservices-based architectures.

- Apply strong data structures and system design principles to solve complex engineering problems.

- Develop and manage API integrations and system integrations with internal and external platforms.

- Work closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.

- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of distributed systems.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

- Follow best practices for coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang.

- Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design.

- Experience in building Microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.

- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

- Familiarity with message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS is a plus.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of event-driven architectures.

- Exposure to high-scale production systems.
