Natobotics - Murex Accounting Professional

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Murex Accounting professional with strong functional expertise in accounting configuration, financial products, and reporting modules. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently across accounting rules setup, P&L processes, and Datamart reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

Product & Asset Class Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of Fixed Income, FX, Money Market (MM), Interest Rates (Rates), Securities, and Commodities.

Accounting Rules Setup :

- Configuration of accounting rules for trades, flows, and hedging.

- Hands-on experience with both Out-of-the-Box (OOB) rules and customized rules using simulation views.

Pre-Trade Workflow :

- Understanding of pricing and booking sequences within Murex.

Datamart Reporting Chain :

- Experience using Datamart for P&L and GL reporting.

- Ability to work independently on Datamart-related challenges and troubleshooting.

Official P&L Generation :

- Familiarity with official P&L views and end-to-end P&L generation processes.

Trade Lifecycle Management :

- Exposure to booking and market operations for FXMM, IRD vanilla products, Futures (including margin calls), and call accounts.

Murex Data Model :

- Deep understanding of Murex data model, architecture, and mapping frameworks.

- Confirmation Instruction Setup

- Configure confirmation instructions using Murex Data Query Language and filters.

User-Definable Fields (UDF) :

- Ability to configure and manage custom user-definable fields based on business requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Murex MX.3 platform Back Office & Accounting modules.

- Strong functional knowledge of capital markets and financial products.

- Good understanding of P&L & GL reporting.

- Hands-on experience in Datamart development and troubleshooting.

- Ability to independently handle business users, testing cycles, and production support.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :

- Exposure to MxML workflows.

- Experience in integration with external GL systems (e.g., SAP / Oracle Finance).

- SQL/PLSQL knowledge.
