About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with 5-7 years of experience and proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/ReactJS) to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is crucial for developing and optimizing both high-traffic, consumer-facing portals and sophisticated internal workflow automation tools that power our healthcare platform. You must be able to start immediately or within a 30-day notice period.

Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex, feature-rich web applications catering to diverse user groups, including patients, doctors, and healthcare administrators.

- Full-Spectrum UI Delivery : Work on both highly visible consumer-facing portals and critical internal workflow automation tools, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience across all product lines.

- Component Development : Develop a library of robust, reusable UI components that adhere to design system standards, promoting consistency and accelerating feature development across teams.

- API Integration : Implement efficient and secure integration logic to connect the frontend applications with complex backend APIs/microservices using asynchronous techniques.

- Performance Engineering : Relentlessly optimize applications for performance (including load times and rendering speed), accessibility (WCAG standards), and scalability to handle increasing user load.

- Collaboration & UX : Collaborate closely with UX designers and product teams to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, highly intuitive workflows and user interfaces.

- Code Quality : Ensure high standards of code quality, testability, and maintainability through code reviews and adherence to best practices in either the Angular or ReactJS ecosystem.

Requirements :

- Experience : 5-7 years of dedicated professional experience in frontend web development.

- Framework Proficiency : Strong, demonstrable expertise in at least one major modern JavaScript framework/library (Angular or ReactJS).

- Core Web : Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Responsive Design : Proven ability to build fully responsive web applications compatible across multiple browsers and screen sizes.

- State Management : Experience with state management patterns/libraries relevant to the chosen framework (e.g., NgRx/Redux/Context API/Zustand).

- API Integration : Solid understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous request handling.

- Availability : Ability to join the team with an Immediate to 30-day notice period.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in the healthcare or FinTech domain, especially with security and compliance requirements.

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks like Next.js (if specializing in React) or Angular Universal.

- Proficiency with TypeScript for building scalable and maintainable applications.

- Hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Karma, Jasmine).
