Industry Type : IT Services & Consulting / Healthcare Technology

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 8+ years of expertise in orchestrating complex technology programs and large-scale product initiatives. This senior leadership role will be central to a flagship digital initiative focused on modernizing critical healthcare operations. The TPM will be responsible for bridging business, engineering, and QA teams across a blended global delivery model (onshore/offshore), ensuring strategic alignment, transparency, and the consistent delivery of measurable business value within an Agile framework.

Job Description :

Program Governance and Strategic Delivery :

- Lead the planning, execution, and final delivery of complex, multi-year technology programs, ensuring all technical execution is directly traceable to defined business outcomes and strategic value.

- Establish and maintain transparent program governance across the blended global delivery model, ensuring alignment and consistent progress across dispersed Agile teams (U.S. and India).

- Develop and manage comprehensive program roadmaps, master schedules, and budget forecasts, proactively communicating clear status reporting and risk mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders and technical leadership.

- Apply strong risk management protocols, identifying critical dependencies, potential bottlenecks, and technical risks, and leading the resolution of impediments that block cross-team progress.

Agile Management and Engineering Collaboration :

- Implement and enforce best practices for Agile project management, including expert facilitation of sprint planning, meticulous backlog grooming and prioritization, and coordination across multiple interdependent engineering and QA teams.

- Work hands-on with engineering teams to define clear technical requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical debt strategies, ensuring robust solution architecture and quality.

- Collaborate with QA and testing teams to define comprehensive test strategies, manage quality gates, and drive automation, especially in an offshore delivery model.

- Facilitate technical decision-making and solution alignment across various product and platform teams, ensuring seamless integration of delivered components.

Technology Stack and Stakeholder Management :

- Leverage functional familiarity with key enterprise platforms, including ServiceNow, to integrate program delivery tools and optimize workflow processes.

- Demonstrate working knowledge of Cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and modern data integration practices, understanding the underlying infrastructure supporting the digital initiative.

- Utilize exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex technical concepts and program metrics into clear, concise updates for C-level executives and business owners.

- Partner with both the mission-driven healthcare organization and Narwal's AI, Data, and Quality Engineering experts to blend innovative solutions with operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Mandatory 8+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or large-scale product initiatives.

- Methodology : Proven track record in Agile project management, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-team coordination in a global model.

- Business Acumen : Strong ability to translate technical execution into measurable business value, with clear status reporting and comprehensive risk management.

- Collaboration : Hands-on experience working directly with engineering and QA teams, specifically managing an offshore delivery model.

- Technology Familiarity : Familiarity with ServiceNow, Cloud technologies (preferably Azure), and enterprise data integration practices.

- Core Skills : Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging directly with executives and technical leaders.

- Education : Mandatory B. E / B. Tech / MCA.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications : Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP.

- Domain Knowledge : Prior experience in the Healthcare or highly regulated digital initiative sector.

- Innovation : Experience leveraging or integrating AI/Automation accelerators to enhance program efficiency and solution capability.

- Tools : Proficiency with advanced collaboration and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
