Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and migration projects.
- Build and optimize data pipelines to move data from source systems, data lakes, and data warehouses to Snowflake.
- Develop and manage data integration workflows using StreamSets and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Perform data migration from Oracle Data Warehouse and other enterprise systems to Snowflake.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to support data transformation and reporting requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across data pipelines and warehouse environments.
- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data integration processes.
- Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow best practices for documentation, testing, and deployment of data engineering solutions.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, and data integration.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake and its ecosystem of tools.
- Strong experience with StreamSets for building and managing data integration pipelines.
- Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter for ETL/ELT processes, particularly in migrating data from Oracle Data Warehouse to Snowflake.
- Experience integrating data from Data Lakes and Data Warehouses into Snowflake.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
