REQUIREMENTS :

- Strong and progressive experience in project Delivery management, including a minimum of 67 years in a senior leadership capacity.

- Proven experience in the Retail CPG and e-Commerce sectors.

- Must be from IT development background.

- Strong track record of managing teams of approximately 6070 members.

- Capable of overseeing portfolios valued between $1015 million.

- Extensive expertise in project delivery, team development, and operational management, with hands-on experience in establishing and managing new office locations.

- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing multiple stakeholders, and driving organizational objectives effectively.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

- Collaborate with global teams to align projects with business goals and client expectations.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

- Conduct regular status meetings, maintain project documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

- Partner with HR and leadership to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.

- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team aligned with company values and objectives.

- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence.

- Serve as the primary contact for operational or setup-related issues within the office.

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve challenges efficiently and maintain smooth operations.

- Act as a liaison between global and local teams to ensure alignment on project goals, priorities, and timelines.

- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on office setup, team performance, and overall project progress.

- Demonstrate a proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing business environment.

- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization.

- Optimize processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
