Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Support and administer SAP systems running under RISE with SAP (SAPs Business Transformation as a Service offering).

- Collaborate with SAP and hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for environment provisioning, scaling, and issue resolution.

- Perform system refreshes, backups, monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Configure and monitor SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Router, Web Dispatcher, and Fiori Launchpad.

- Support SAP upgrades, patching, and kernel maintenance in RISE environments.

- Implement and maintain transport routes and troubleshoot transport issues.

- Ensure system security, compliance, and support audits.

- Work with functional and technical teams to resolve basis-related issues.

- Coordinate with SAP support (OSS) for issue resolution.

Required Skills and Experience :

- At least 12 years of hands-on experience with RISE with SAP.

- Strong experience with HANA DB, SAP S/4HANA, and NetWeaver technologies.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP), particularly in SAP-hosted environments.

- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and cloud integration tools.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- SAP Certifications (Basis, HANA, Cloud) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Understanding of SAP Cloud ALM and monitoring tools in RISE landscapes.

- Experience in hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
