Role : Multimedia/PCIe Driver Development Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Multimedia/PCIe Driver Development Engineer with strong expertise in Linux driver and application development.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multimedia and PCIe driver development, embedded C programming, and proficient debugging skills across kernel and user space environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Linux multimedia and PCIe device drivers.
- Write efficient embedded C code for driver and application development.
- Utilize configuration management tools such as Git and Perforce for source control and collaboration.
- Continuously learn new technologies and share insights with the team.
- Apply a quality-focused approach with strategic thinking to improve processes and deliverables.
- Work independently with strong self-motivation and ownership of tasks.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Proficiency in Linux application programming and device driver development.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C programming, MMU, and cache policies.
- Excellent debugging skills for both kernel and user-space, with experience using various debugging tools.
- Understanding of Multimedia systems, PCIe, Ethernet, TCP/IP, I2C protocols, and DMA framework is a plus.
- Experience working with configuration management tools like Git and Perforce.
- Ability to think strategically and maintain a quality mindset in all development activities
