Job Description :

Candidates must have goods hands on experience in Cloudhub2 or RTF or FlexGatewa.

Platform Setup :

Assist in the setup of the OpenShift environment on AWS and Azure, including :

OpenShift Hosting Setup :

- Configure Flex Gateway via platform CI/CD setup.

- Implement network configurations for optimal performance.

Setup Options in AXA :

- Azure OpenShift.

- AWS OpenShift.

- SaaS solutions.

- POD (VMware's Cloud solution, expected to be available later in 2026).

- Azure MPI (Managed Public IaaS).

APIM Support Tasks :

- Manage the lifecycle of the Flex Gateway, including :

- Patching and upgrades to maintain system integrity.

- Oversee the management of APIM certificates (TLS Context), ensuring timely renewal of approximately 200 certificates associated with various DNS and entry points (ingress flow).

- Conduct regular backup and restore operations to safeguard data integrity.

- Monitor and manage platform capacity to ensure optimal performance.

- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) activities to maintain business continuity.

- Execute health checks and manage firewall change requests to ensure security and uptime.

- Troubleshoot platform issues and implement resolutions effectively.

- Handle incident management, ensuring swift response and resolution of platform-related incidents.

CI/CD Management :

- Utilize AXA's in-house CI/CD tool, Kino, based on Terraform, Tekton, and ArgoCD, to streamline deployment processes and enhance automation.

Documentation and Support :

- Document all recurring tasks and processes for knowledge transfer to the support team.

- Collaborate with the support team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities once documentation is complete.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing :

- Work closely with the EIP team that supports OpenShift to exchange knowledge and best practices.

- Focus on continuous improvement, with an emphasis on CI/CD practices and Terraform scripting
