Job Summary :

We are looking for a MuleSoft Lead with 710 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing API and integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MuleSoft B2B Manager for implementing secure and scalable B2B integrations.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a passion for driving API-led connectivity across systems and business partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement API and integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Lead B2B Manager implementations including trading partner setup, protocol configuration (AS2, X12, EDIFACT), message monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with architects and business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable technical integration designs.

- Develop reusable assets (connectors, templates, frameworks) to streamline API development and ensure best practices.

- Configure and secure APIs to enable seamless integration between internal systems, cloud applications, and external partners.

- Implement API security standards (OAuth2, JWT, TLS) and ensure high availability and performance.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce MuleSoft development standards.

- Manage deployment cycles, monitor APIs, and provide production support when required.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including API specs, data mappings, and partner configurations.

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver integration projects efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 7 - 10 years of IT experience with minimum 4 years of hands-on MuleSoft development.

- Proven experience in API design and development (REST/SOAP) using RAML/OpenAPI specifications.

- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft B2B Manager including setup/configuration of trading partners and EDI protocol implementation (AS2/X12/EDIFACT).

- Proficient in DataWeave for complex data transformations and mappings.

- Good understanding of API security (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, certificates).

- Experience integrating MuleSoft with enterprise applications such as SAP or Salesforce.

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Anypoint Monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, perform code reviews, and ensure delivery excellence.
