Job Title: Lead - Generative AI / Physical AI.

About the Role :

Muks Robotics is building the next generation of humanoid robots powered by autonomous Generative & Physical AI. We are looking for an AI leader who can architect, train, and deploy multimodal intelligence systems for real-world human-robot interaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of LLM / VLM / VLA / Agentic AI models for humanoid robots.

- Architect and implement end-to-end AI pipelines - perception, cognition, planning & action.

- Develop and optimize real-time AI inference for edge deployment on robots.

- Integrate AI with vision, speech, motion planning and robot control systems.

- Perform experimentation, benchmarking and evaluation to achieve production reliability.

- Collaborate with software, mechanical, and embedded teams for AI integration.

- Drive team leadership, project planning, documentation and code standards.

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Generative AI & multimodal systems.

- Strong in PyTorch, Python, and C++ (performance-critical modules).

- Proven experience with :

LLM, VLM, VLA development.
RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.
Model optimization and edge deployment.

- Understanding of robotics AI preferred: 3D perception, movement planning, simulation, control.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / IT / AI / Robotics / or related field.

- PhD is a plus, but not mandatory for strong hands-on experience.
