MSN Laboratories - SAP SD Consultant - IDoc/EDI

Core Experience Required :

- Minimum one full life-cycle SAP SD implementation project

- Strong knowledge of SAP SD standard configuration and SAP project processes

- Solid expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, including :

a. Pricing

b. Billing

c. Delivery processing

- Experience contributing to the design of RICEFW elements

- Hands-on experience working in an EDI environment and iDoc processing

- Strong understanding of ECC SD pricing condition techniques, standard and non-standard configurations

- Good experience with EDI/iDoc integration and troubleshooting

- Experience in S/4HANA Migration Projects is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities & Deliverables :

- Handle daily incidents, service requests, and change requests

- Conduct business process discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design

- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, configuration settings, and test scripts

- Perform system configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user support

- Recommend and implement best-practice SAP SD solutions to optimize business processes

- Troubleshoot issues proactively and provide effective resolutions for project-related problems

- Collaborate closely with operations teams and business stakeholders to understand :

a. End-user functionality

b. Pain points

c. Areas of improvement in the current applications

- Support end-to-end delivery of enhancements and improvements within the SAP SD landscape
