MSC Technology - Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst

Role : SENIOR DYNAMICS 365 ANALYST

Job location : Bangalore - Yelahanka

Experience - 4 to 8

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder interactions.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to design high-level and low-level solution designs for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

- Work closely with the Product Owner to support and refine the product vision and roadmap.

- Own and manage the product backlog, writing detailed user stories and securing stakeholder sign-offs.

- Ensure functional design aligns with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform best practices.

- Provide day-to-day functional support to the development team by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria.

- Manage dependencies across products and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

- Perform basic configuration, functional testing, and support UAT activities.

- Prepare training materials, documentation, and assist in gap analysis.

- Support key users during testing and provide guidance for issue resolution.

Required Experience & Skills :

- Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 (CE) and Power Platform.

- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, user story writing, and backlog management.

- Understanding of solution design, configuration, and testing processes.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
