Role Summary

Were looking for a hands-on, curious, and solutions-driven MS Power Automate Integration Specialist who enjoys making systems work smarter not harder. In this role, youll connect our Learning Management System, Docebo (internally known as Nexus), with key enterprise platforms such as Veeva Vault and SuccessFactors.

Youll design automation workflows, improve how data flows across teams, and help create a seamless user experience behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone who loves building reliable integrations, collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams, and taking ownership of data processes from start to finish. If you have experience with Docebo Connect, thats a big plus.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Integration Design & Development

- Design, build, and maintain Power Automate flows that move data securely between Docebo, Veeva Vault, and SuccessFactors.

- Configure connectors, triggers, actions, schedules, and reusable workflow components.

- Create automation templates to support growing integration needs.

- Implement and maintain integration logic through Docebo Connect where needed.

2. Data Flow & Orchestration

- Build end-to-end ETL/ELT workflows to ensure clean, accurate data arrives in the LMS.

- Automate data ingestion from internal SFTP locations into Docebo.

- Set up clear monitoring, alerting, logging, and retry logic to keep workflows running smoothly and transparently.

3. API & Data Mapping

- Use Docebos API documentation to identify integration points and design API-based workflows.

- Develop solid source-to-target data mapping, transforms, and validation processes.

- Work closely with LMS administrators to support Docebo-side configuration and data mapping.

4. Testing & Validation

- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for all workflows before release.

- Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and handle exceptions proactively.

- Maintain easy-to-understand documentation including workflow logic, diagrams, and technical specs.

Qualifications & Experience Required

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 4+ years of hands-on experience building integrations using Microsoft Power Automate.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication methods (OAuth, Tokens, API Keys).

- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and workflow automation/orchestration.

- Familiarity with SFTP file transfer workflows.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.

- Excellent documentation discipline and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with LMS platforms especially Docebo.

- Familiarity with Veeva Vault, SuccessFactors, or other enterprise-level business systems.

- Hands-on experience with Docebo Connect or comparable middleware.

- Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance considerations.

Additional Skills That Would Make You Shine :

- Experience with the broader Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).

- Knowledge of data modeling or schema design for scalable integrations.

- Ability to build monitoring dashboards or alerting systems.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum collaboration.

- Understanding of learning technology ecosystems (user management, course sync, completions, enrollment data, etc.).

- A passion for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows.
