Job Summary :

- Provide expert-level technical consultation on Microsoft Dynamics product stack and integration tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client business requirements and recommend effective MS Dynamics-based solutions.

- Deliver architectural guidance, technical validation, and troubleshooting support for partner teams and clients.

- Act as a liaison between product teams and implementation partners to ensure alignment with Microsoft standards.

- Own and manage the complete lifecycle of solution delivery including configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.

- Drive pre-sales support by preparing solution demonstrations and technical documentation.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, development frameworks, and compliance

standards.

- Conduct technical mentoring, code reviews, and capability building for internal and partner teams.

Key Skills and Technologies :

- MS Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Operations)

- Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Microsoft Business Central

- Strong expertise in C/AL and AL programming languages

- Proficiency with integration tools and methodologies (APIs, connectors, middleware)

- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code and Azure DevOps

- Solid knowledge of SQL and Power BI for data modeling and reporting

- Understanding of Microsoft cloud infrastructure and Azure services

- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills

- Ability to produce and manage high-quality technical documentation
