Working alongside the Project & Support Lead, and being part of the D365 support team, the role is to support security, workflows and environments in Dynamics for Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement (CE).

Security :

- Creating, amending, or removing users.

- Creating, amending or removing security groups.

- Creating, amending workflows.

- Conducting audits of active users for license compliance.

- Creating change control documentation.

Environments :

- Code release management from Microsofts DevOps ticket to LCS for production and non-production environments.

- Refreshing environments for new releases or data.

- Arranging with Essentras internal infra team to provision or decommission servers connected to F&O or CE.

- Supporting any certificate renewals.

- Conducting daily, weekly healthcare checks to ensure performance is maintained.

General Support Duties :

- Assisting in monitoring batch jobs.

- Debug and support any workflow related issues

- Attending meetings for environments, change controls, audits etc.

- Assisting with data anonymisation using a script.

- Liaise with internal teams and external.

Essential :

- 4+ years of commercial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE.

- Previous experience working in a project team.

- An aptitude for creative problem-solving.
