MS Dynamics Engineer - Power Platform

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or FO/ERP) solutions to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript, C#, Plugins, Workflows, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and custom web resources.

- Create and deploy solutions using Power Platform tools : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.

- Develop and maintain SSRS reports, dashboards, and visualizations for CRM users.

- Work on data migration using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, and Data Import/Export wizard.

- Manage Dynamics 365 environments, deployments, solutions, version control, and DevOps pipelines.

- Provide post-implementation support, bug fixing, and performance optimization.

- Keep up with new features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and apply them to enhance system

capabilities.

Technical Skills Required :

- MS Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) / FO (Finance & Operations) : Configuration, Customization, Deployment

- Power Platform : Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI

- Development : C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web APIs, Plugins, Custom Workflows

- Azure Services : Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault (preferred)

- Database : SQL Server, FetchXML, T-SQL, Data Migration Tools (SSIS, KingswaySoft)

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform (preferred).

- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Dynamics 365 development and implementation.

- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM entities, processes, workflows, and business rules.
