- Plugins, Custom Workflows, Custom API Development

- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages)

- C# with Strong OOP and Domain-Driven Design

- Microsoft Dataverse

- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Web Apps

- CRM Implementation Experience (34 full-cycle implementations)

- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Omnichannel (Voice/Telephony integration)

- Strong communication skills (written and spoken)

Secondary or Good to Have Skills :

- ASP.

- NET Core Web & Portal Development

- Azure Cognitive Services / Bot Framework / AI Services

- Microsoft Dynamics Certification

- Banking Domain Experience

Job Summary :

We are hiring a skilled MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 58 years of overall experience and at least 3+ years of CRM-specific expertise.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across various customer engagement modules.

- Strong hands-on experience with plugins, custom workflows, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is essential.

- This hybrid position, based in major Indian cities, also requires solid exposure to Azure Cloud development and mandatory experience with Omnichannel Voice/Telephony integration.

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills are a must, and a Microsoft certification is a strong plus
