MS Dynamics CRM Developer - Logic App

Description :

- Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using both out-of-the-box features and complex xRM customizations.

- Develop and implement custom plugins, integrations, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Build custom actions, business process flows, and complex data fields for various modules.

- Configure custom command bar buttons, web resources, and advanced solution components.

- Leverage Dynamics CRM SDK for efficient system customization and extension.

- Ensure solutions are robust, scalable, performance-optimized, and reusable across modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Manage client-facing communication, conduct customer meetings, and document actionable insights.

- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for assigned applications.

- Create visual representations of business processes and workflows for technical and business stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Marketing, Field Service, PSA)

- Visual Studio, O365 & D365 Administration

- SQL Server Data Tools

- Power Platform: Power BI / Tableau, PowerApps, Power Automate, Logic Apps

- Azure Development Tools, Team Foundation Server (TFS)

- Programming Languages: C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js

Must-Have Competencies :

- Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM SDK, features, and limitations.

- Ability to architect end-to-end CRM solutions including configuration, code objects, forms, reports, and integrations.

- Strong understanding of functional and non-functional design principles.

- Excellent communication skills capable of translating complex business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.

- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.

- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with Azure or other enterprise systems.

- Exposure to cloud migration and DevOps practices.
