We are hiring for our client partner, seeking an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Developer with a strong background in microservices architecture, service-oriented design, and system integration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality CRM solutions, collaborating within multi-developer teams, and driving solution implementations that align with complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Customize : Build tailored Dynamics CRM solutions (primarily CRM Online), with a focus on designing and implementing bespoke business processes.

- Architect & Implement : Understand and implement solutions using service-oriented, distributed, and microservices architecture patterns suitable for diverse system requirements.

- Integrations : Develop and maintain integrated solutions connecting CRM back-end systems with customer portals, third-party systems, and enterprise applications.

- Collaboration : Work closely and effectively within a multi-developer environment to ensure seamless delivery of CRM solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Review documentation, designs, and implemented solutions to ensure technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with business goals.

- Documentation : Create clear, structured, and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for internal and client use.

- Delivery Focus : Maintain a proactive and delivery-oriented approach, engaging effectively with stakeholders, architects, and developers to meet project timelines.

- Ad-hoc Responsibilities : Perform other related duties and tasks as reasonably assigned.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CRMOL) development and customization.

- Hands-on expertise with Microservices Architecture, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and System Integration.

- Solid understanding of solution design patterns for distributed systems.

- Experience in solution implementation, configuration, and deployment.

- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple project deliverables.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Azure Services, Power Platform, or DevOps pipelines for CRM.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, API management, or containerized deployments.

- Prior experience in solution architecture or technical leadership roles.
