MS Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities :

CRM Development & Customization :

- Design, develop, and maintain Plugins using C# and .NET to extend CRM functionality.

- Implement JavaScript for client-side validation, UI enhancements, and form logic.

- Perform form and field customization (business rules, conditional visibility, validation).

- Configure and implement Ribbon Customizations for enhanced user interactions.

- Customize and configure Model-Driven Apps within Dynamics 365.

Process Automation & Flows :

- Develop and manage Out-of-the-Box (OOB) Workflows, Custom Flows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).

- Build and optimize Power Automate Flows for automating business processes.

- Create and configure Custom Pages and Canvas Apps for tailored user experiences.

Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module :

- Configure and customize Sales entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.

- Implement enhancements to support lead, opportunity, account, and pipeline management.

- Ensure smooth integration of Sales processes with other modules and third-party systems.

Integration & Deployment :

- Develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using .NET, APIs, and SDKs.

- Deploy, test, and troubleshoot CRM customizations and integrations.

- Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and security compliance.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and code reviews.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and organizational standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Module deep functional and technical expertise.

- Plugins Development (C# / .NET).

- JavaScript for CRM client-side scripting and form logic.

- Form/Field Customization.

- Ribbon Customization.

- Model-Driven App Customization.

- OOB CRM Workflows, Custom Flows, and Business Process Flows (BPFs).

- Power Automate Flows.

- Hands-on experience in .NET Framework/.NET Core for CRM extensions.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Dataverse and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF).

- Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus for advanced integrations.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories).

- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting skills.
