Role Purpose :

As a Dynamics Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business needs. The role involves gathering requirements, managing configurations, and developing extensions using JavaScript and Plugins. You will work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and efficient Dynamics 365 solutions across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) modules, including Sales and Customer Service.

- Manage requirement gathering, functional analysis, and solution design aligned with business objectives.

- Perform configuration management activities such as entity setup, page layouts, business rules, workflows, and process flow updates.

- Develop custom components using JavaScript, Plugins, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Conduct system testing, validation, and support deployment activities.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications.

- Ensure best practices in data integrity, security, and solution scalability.

- Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other business systems.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)

- JavaScript and Plugin Development

- Configuration Management (Forms, Workflows, Business Rules, Process Flows)

- Requirement Analysis and Functional Documentation

Nice to Have :

- Power Platform : Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages

- Dynamics 365 Modules : Sales, Customer Service

- Dataverse / CDS (Common Data Service) Knowledge

- Experience in Integrations (API, Power BI, or external systems)
