Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and develop plugins, workflows, custom entities, and dashboards.

- Integrate Dynamics CRM with other applications and third-party tools.

- Migrate data from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 using tools like KingswaySoft or SSIS.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers in agile environments.

- Keep up to date with the latest features and capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (2016 or D365 CE).

- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, entities, workflows, and business processes.

- Experience with customization using JavaScript, C#, .NET, and Power Automate.

- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Familiarity with Azure services and integration frameworks.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
