Role Overview :

As an MS Dynamics Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to meet complex business requirements. This role involves close collaboration with clients, understanding their strategic objectives, and translating these into robust, scalable CRM and ERP functionalities. You will guide project teams through the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution architecture to deployment and post-implementation support, ultimately driving significant operational efficiencies and enhancing user adoption across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with clients to accurately define project scope and translate intricate business needs into precise technical specifications for Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Architect and configure comprehensive Dynamics 365 solutions, leveraging CRM, PowerApps, Power Automate, and Office 365 integrations, to ensure alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

- Oversee the customization, development, and testing phases of Dynamics 365 projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems for optimal performance.

- Provide expert guidance and training to end-users and client teams, fostering effective adoption and maximizing the value derived from implemented Dynamics 365 solutions.

- Act as a subject matter expert, offering strategic advice on Dynamics 365 capabilities, roadmaps, and potential enhancements to drive continuous improvement and innovation for clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) solutions, including Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Power Platform, specifically PowerApps and Power Automate, for developing custom applications and automating complex business processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of dissecting complex business challenges and formulating effective, technology-driven solutions.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, adept at articulating technical concepts to non-technical audiences and building strong client relationships.

- A solid understanding of integration patterns with Office 365 and other enterprise systems, ensuring cohesive and efficient solution landscapes.
