Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics AX Technical Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, knowledge of ERP processes across multiple modules, and experience participating in full lifecycle AX implementations. Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) is a plus.

This role involves designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions, collaborating with functional teams, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Development :

- Develop, customize, and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 according to business requirements.

- Participate in full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Develop and maintain customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics AX.

- Optimize and troubleshoot technical solutions to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.

ERP Functional Collaboration :

- Work closely with functional consultants and business users to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Support multiple modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, providing technical expertise for ERP processes.

- Ensure adherence to ERP best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

Support & Maintenance :

- Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations for future reference and audits.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 F&O features and enhancements.

- Suggest process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance ERP efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.

- Experience with at least one full lifecycle AX implementation.

- Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).

- Experience with integration tools, X++ programming, and reporting frameworks within AX.

- Familiarity with ERP best practices and deployment methodologies.
