Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in secure integrations, application customization, and building scalable business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Power Platform.

- Develop and customize applications using Power Apps and the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

- Configure and manage Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and security.

- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and platform security best practices.

- Develop and manage custom connectors for Power Platform integrations.

- Build and integrate REST APIs and Web APIs with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.

- Design and implement middleware integrations for enterprise systems.

- Develop real-time communication solutions using WebSockets where required.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

2. Microsoft Power Apps

3. Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)

4. Microsoft Dataverse

5. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

6. Custom Connectors

7. REST APIs and Web APIs

8. Middleware Integration

9. WebSockets and Real-Time Communication

- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and application architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are an advantage.

- Experience with Azure integration services and enterprise application architecture.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
