- Lead end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes across procurement, inventory, production, order management, and logistics.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, configurations, and workflows within D365 SCM.

- Develop and execute test cases for unit testing, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Work with QA teams to ensure solution reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.

- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and functional support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

- Create detailed user manuals, SOPs, process documents, and training materials.

- Deliver hyper-care and post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption.

- Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams for timely resolution.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements for supply chain efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest D365 SCM features, product updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 10 years of experience as a D365 SCM Functional Consultant, specifically in Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes : procurement, inventory, production, warehousing, logistics.

- Hands-on expertise in implementing and configuring D365 SCM & Manufacturing modules.

- Experience with testing methodologies and UAT cycles.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 SCM or related modules.

- Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, Azure services, or related Microsoft technologies.

- Experience working in manufacturing, retail, distribution, or logistics industries
