Description :

We are seeking an experienced MSD 365 QA Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications by conducting thorough testing and identifying any defects prior to deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.

- Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a testing perspective.

- Conduct regression testing and performance testing as needed.

- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test strategies and test reports.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

Skills and Qualifications :

- 5-10 years of experience in software testing, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

- Proficiency in manual testing and experience with automated testing tools.

- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

- Solid understanding of SQL and database testing.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
