Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Manufacturing and Advanced Warehouse Management (AWMS). The ideal candidate should have led multiple end-to-end implementations, possess deep functional knowledge of ERP value flows, and be confident in managing client relationships and project risks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct 3 or more full-cycle D365 Manufacturing & AWMS implementations.

- Coordinate with clients to understand current business processes and develop process maps.

- Analyze, design, and document business processes aligned with D365 functionalities.

- Create BRD, FDD, and solution blueprints to support functional requirements.

- Develop test artifacts, scenarios, and scripts for functional validation.

- Train end-users and ensure clear communication during project phases.

- Manage scope, requirements, and project risks effectively.

- Provide Import and Export configuration support.

- Ensure seamless integration of Manufacturing and Warehouse processes within D365.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and project documentation.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum of 3 full lifecycle D365 implementations.

- Strong functional understanding of ERP value flow in manufacturing and warehouse operations.

- Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Warehouse industry processes.

- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and client expectations.

- Strong documentation skills (BRD, FDD, solution blueprint creation).

- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Prior experience in discrete and process manufacturing environments.

- Exposure to ERP implementation challenges and risk mitigation.

- Industry experience with 4 - 5 end-to-end project implementations.

- Flexibility to travel and work onsite at client locations in Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with competitor ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
