Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations,

Customer Engagement, or other modules) and a strong understanding of business processes.

This role requires the ability to gather requirements, configure the system, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service) to meet business needs.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions to gather requirements and educate end-users on Dynamics 365 functionality.

- Provide guidance on best practices for business processes and system usage within Dynamics 365.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation, including data migration, integration, and custom development.

- Perform gap analysis between business requirements and out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality, recommending solutions to address gaps.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process flows, functional designs, and user manuals.

- Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and go-live activities to ensure a smooth deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues post-implementation, providing ongoing support and enhancements as needed.

- Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and updates to advise clients on potential improvements.
