Job Title : Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Solution Architect

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) Solution Architect to lead global rollout initiatives. The role involves working with a standardized global template, managing country-specific localizations, and ensuring successful regional deployments aligned with business and IT goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead global Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollout programs using a standardized global template.

- Own and govern the global D365 FO solution architecture across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

- Manage country-specific localizations while ensuring adherence to global standards and governance.

- Define end-to-end solution architecture, including integrations, extensions, customizations, and data migration strategies.

- Conduct business process assessments, fit-gap workshops, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.

- Develop rollout strategies, deployment plans, and implementation roadmaps for regional and global deployments.

- Oversee solution quality, architecture reviews, and governance to minimize deviations from the global template.

- Collaborate with business leaders, regional teams, implementation partners, and technical consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

- Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.

- Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across deployment regions.

- Identify project risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project delivery within scope and timelines.

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to functional and technical consultants.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- 12+ years of overall experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading global D365 FO rollout and implementation programs.

- Strong functional and architectural expertise across :

1. Finance

2. Supply Chain Management (SCM)

3. Operations

4. Retail (preferred)

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale D365 FO solution architectures.

- Strong understanding of global ERP templates, localization, statutory compliance, and regional rollout strategies.

- Hands-on experience with :

4. Security and Governance

5. Release and Deployment Management

- Experience working with implementation partners and managing geographically distributed teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
