About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) Finance Functional Consultants to be part of our fast-growing consulting team.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Finance & Accounting processes, coupled with hands-on experience in delivering successful end-to-end implementations.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with global clients, design robust solutions, and contribute to large-scale digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, to deployment and hypercare support.

- Analyze, design, and configure Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash & Bank Management, Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory, and Operations Costing.

- Map Record-to-Report (R2R) processes and other finance-related client processes into D365FO functionalities.

- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure proper solution design and integration.

- Drive fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, functional design specifications, test scripts, and training materials.

- Provide post-go-live support, resolve user issues, and ensure smooth business adoption.

- Manage multiple client stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.

- Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certifications, product updates, and industry best practices.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance (AX/D365).

- Core Functional Expertise : Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, Cash & Bank, Inventory, Operations Costing).

- Added Advantage : Project Accounting module exposure.

- Implementation Experience : Minimum of 23 full-cycle implementations with expertise across requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

- Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P, FA, Treasury, Costing) and ability to align them with system capabilities.

- Excellent communication, client interaction, and stakeholder management skills.

- Certifications : Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification (preferred).

- Prior consulting/Big 4 experience with multiple clients/projects is a strong plus.
