Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with 6- 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in X++, integrations, and customization, along with a deep understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Develop and maintain X++ code, extensions, and integrations.

- Work on data migration, data entities, and DIXF frameworks.

- Integrate D365 F&O with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, and Power Platform.

- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Ensure best practices, coding standards, and documentation are followed.

- Support deployment, testing, and production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6- 10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O development

- Strong expertise in X++, Visual Studio, and Lifecycle Services (LCS)

- Experience with extensions, form customizations, workflows, and SSRS reports

- Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Platform

- Experience with SQL Server and data management

- Understanding of finance, supply chain, or manufacturing modules

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

- Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI

- Agile/Scrum development experience

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and in team environments

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality delivery
