Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- 6 to 12 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Project Service Automation and other emerging Microsoft software

- Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps, Power Automate, C#, JavaScript, and Typescript NodeJS

- Ability to design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on out-of-the-box features with mandatory hands-on experience in PCF Controls.

- Ability to design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on complex xRM solutions with multiple customizations, plugins, and integrations.

- Ability to build workflows, configure custom actions, business process flows, and complex fields.

- Ability to configure custom command bar buttons, web resources, and other complex solution components.

- Deep knowledge of the Dynamics CRM SDK.

- Deep knowledge of Dynamics CRM features and limitations

Must have :

- Ability to create robust, performance-optimized, efficient, scalable, reusable, and value-creating architectures as well as functional and non-functional designs to fulfil solution requirements.

- Includes all types of solution components, such as configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.

- Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences.

- Ability to manage client-facing communication, to facilitate customer meetings and capture and distribute action items.

- Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications.

- Ability to elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes

- Exposure to ESB/ETL Technology preferably with Kingsway soft
