Job Summary :


We are looking for a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Architect to lead enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.) and play a critical role in designing scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.


Key Responsibilities :


- Serve as the Functional Architect for Dynamics 365 CE implementations and upgrades.


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into scalable Dynamics CE solutions.


- Lead workshops and solution design sessions for CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).


- Design end-to-end functional architecture, including integration points with other D365 apps, Power Platform, and external systems.


- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between functional and technical architecture.


- Guide cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.


- Participate in pre-sales, solution estimation, and client demos if required.


- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and industry standards.


- Support data migration and cutover strategies in collaboration with data and delivery teams.


- Perform UAT support and end-user training sessions.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Minimum 12+ years of total experience, with 8+ years in Dynamics CRM/D365 CE Functional roles.


- Proven experience as a Functional Lead or Architect in at least 23 full lifecycle D365 CE implementations.


- Expertise in Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules (Field Service is a plus).


- Strong understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).


- Excellent business analysis and solutioning skills.


- Experience working with global enterprise clients and agile delivery methodologies.


- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.


- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-220, MB-600) are a plus.
