Job Description :

- Years of Experience : 58 Years (Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in CRM testing)

- Role Type : Full-Time, FTE with Talpro

Mandatory Skills :

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (3+ years relevant experience)

- Automated Testing using Microsoft CRM Libraries

- Service Module Testing

- Writing and executing test cases (positive & negative scenarios)

- Experience with test case management and defect tracking systems

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Strong documentation and client communication skills

Good to Have Skills :

- Experience managing UAT and client-side test cycles

- Familiarity with Agile SDLC practices

- Exposure to training documentation and knowledge sharing

- Client-facing experience for test clarifications and issue resolution

Role Overview / Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly in automated testing and service module validation.

The candidate must be capable of independently managing test plans, executions, and defect reporting, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership, technical accuracy, and the ability to operate efficiently in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities :

- Lead all testing activities including planning, case creation, and execution

- Perform positive and negative testing scenarios with accuracy and depth

- Handle testing-related escalations and support client issue resolution

- Draft and maintain structured documentation and user training content

- Independently execute assigned tasks and ensure on-time delivery

- Collaborate with internal teams to support deployment and rollout timelines

- Report testing progress, defects, and client feedback effectively

- Ensure testing is aligned with project objectives and SDLC standards
